NoVA Home Service Report publishes contractor guides and sells listing features and labeled advertising. Organic scores use the formula on How we rank. Google reviews are the only scored review source. The score uses inputs available the same way on every plan. Buying Pro or a Sponsored slot does not change an organic score.

Free: one listing. Google reviews are the only scored review source. Pro annual prepay: $4,788 for 12 months. Pro monthly: $399 per month, ACH only, on a 12-month subscription schedule. Sponsored placement: $499 per month per page, limited to two active slots.

The monthly ACH plan has a 12-month minimum commitment. Annual prepay covers 12 months. Subscriptions renew unless canceled. A renewal notice should go out at least 30 days ahead once email is configured.

During the initial 12-month commitment on the monthly plan, the portal records a cancellation request and does not end the subscription early for convenience. Failed ACH debits are retried by Stripe. After a failed payment the Sponsored slot is paused. The organic score is not changed because a payment failed.

No contractor receives a free Sponsored slot. Sponsored placement is a labeled paid product with the same rules for every buyer.
